2023 Pinot Gris

This delicious and refreshing Pinot Gris was sourced moments away from our estate vineyards and grounds at Dry Lake Vineyard in Manson, WA. Herbaceous notes of celery and and freshly cut herbs on the nose compliment the lemon zest and white peaches on the palate. The zesty acidity makes for a lingering finish with subtle notes of apricot. We recommend enjoying this wine with pan seared halibut topped with a peach salsa.
