2023 Roussanne

We are excited to share our inaugural vintage of this single-varietal Roussanne, sourced from Summit Vineyard in Manson, WA; just moments from our estate property. Aromatic notes of freshly picked apricot and yuzu are found on the nose, while refreshing flavors of starfruit and lemon curd will be found on the palate. Fermented and aged in stainless steel presents a zippy acidity with a lingering finish. This incredibly food-friendly wine will pair beautifully with a chilled garden parsnip-apple-fennel soup with grilled prawns.
