2022 Riesling

After a brief pause in Riesling production, we are happy to share our newest vintage of the varietal. Sourced on the South Shore of Lake Chelan, this single varietal is showing expressive aromas of freshly cut jasmine and Anjou pears on the nose with a pale straw color. With this Riesling done in a drier style, a zippy acidity is present on the palate, balanced by juicy nectarine notes. Classic notes of lime zest and honey are found on the finish. We recommend pairing this Riesling with coconut curried prawns on jasmine rice.
